Niels Sonnemann
Production Manager (Germany)
Born and raised in Frankfurt am Main, husband, father, and grandfather of six.
After completing his apprenticeship as a master carpenter and studying interior design, he worked as a carpenter, model maker, and in trade show construction; he built electric guitars in Kenya and worked with the homeless until he found his way into the theatre world through the English Theatre in Frankfurt.
He came to Mainz in 2020 via the Nationaltheater Mannheim. Since the beginning of the year, he has been the workshop manager at the Staatstheater mainz
