Mark Ledwidge
The Navigator Project Lead (Health)
Mark Ledwidge is a Pharmacist, Co-Founder of The Navigator Project and Co-Founder of the Heartbeat Trust. He is UCD Professor (Adjunct) in the School of Medicine, University College Dublin, where he works on heart failure prevention, sex/gender differences in heart disease and global health.
Joe and Mark’s interdisciplinary projects include partnerships between healthcare professionals, artists, theatre makers and educators, exploring health inequity and the social determinants of health. They work closely with Proj Balwani Mbakaya of the University of Livingstonia, Malawi, on digital health, child health, global health, heart disease and primary care.
