Iain Synnott

Iain Synnott works as a multidisciplinary theatre technician ranging from stage/production management to lighting and set.

Having graduated from The Lir Academy, Iain has worked both nationally and internationally on various productions and events across five continents.

Iain’s recent work includes;
Deputy Stage Manager for the Gate Theatre’s King Lear directed by Roxana Silbert, Assistant Stage Manager (Book cover) for Matthew Bournes Edward Scissorhands, UK/International Tour and Stage Manager on Scorched Earth in Dublin Dance Festival by Luke Murphy.

Iain also works as company stage manager and show-caller nationally and
internationally for Teac Damsa’s critically acclaimed MÁM (2019-2026)

Iain is currently field:arts independent production manager for 2025.
